Prepaid Services & Deposits If a client pre-pays for a service but it has not been processed and shipped, they are eligible for a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee to cover processing costs. If a prepaid service is part of a package plan, refunds will be prorated based on the services already rendered, and any used portions will be charged at the full, non-discounted rate. There are no guarantees once a service has been processed. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice – No cancellation fee; rescheduling allowed. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice – Subject to a $55 cancellation fee (or a forfeit of one session for package plans). No-shows – No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice. 3. Non-Refundable Services Once a service has been provided, it is non-refundable. Products & Retail Sales Prescription medications, compounded treatments, and injectables are non-refundable once dispensed or administered. Medical-grade skincare products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, only if unopened and in original packaging. 5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy By purchasing services or products from MedGalore Aesthetics & Wellness, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. MedGalore reserves the right to pursue legal action or report fraudulent chargebacks to collections as necessary. 6. Cherry Financing & Third-Party Payment Policies For purchases made through Cherry Financing or CareCredit, any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and are subject to the financing provider’s policies. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered under financing agreements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies.
