Yes, MedGalore provides virtual consultations for weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and skin care across seven licensed states: CA, FL, GA, IL, NC, NY, UT.
How can I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled through our website's online booking system, or by calling our office directly. Please ensure you provide your contact details, interests/goals and preferred time for a seamless booking experience.
Do you accept insurance?

Yes you may use your insurance at your pharmacy. $99 is due at time of booking your first consultation. We will do your first consultation virtually and a prior authorization ($45 ) for medication approval, if you qualify. Please contact your insurer for more details of your insurance plan. We accept Care Credit. Most of our services are not covered by insurance. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare insurance.
What is your return policy?

Returns for store products are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our services and treatments, all other sales are final and non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy.
