We reserve the right to decline or discontinue care if medically inappropriate. 3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A $55 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed visits will not be credited or rescheduled without payment. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of care. 4. Payment Terms Payment is due at time of booking or service. Refund Policy MedGalore does not offer refunds on: Services rendered Monthly or quarterly subscriptions or memberships Medications, compounded items, or products ordered or shipped Missed or unused appointments By using this site or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable. 6. Licensing & Service Availability Virtual services are only available to patients physically located in licensed states at the time of consultation. We are currently licensed to serve residents in: NC, NY, CA, FL, GA, IL, UT, and AZ We reserve the right to decline service if a patient is not in a licensed state at the time of care. 7. HIPAA & Data Privacy We follow HIPAA guidelines and take reasonable measures to protect your personal health information (PHI). Personal information collected through our forms is used only for medical care, communication, or administrative purposes. 8. Refund & Cancellation Policy At MedGalore Aesthetics & Wellness, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our business operations. 1. Prepaid Services & Deposits If a client pre-pays for a service but it has not been processed or shipped, they are eligible for a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee to cover processing costs. If a prepaid service is part of a package plan, refunds will be prorated based on the services already rendered. Any used portions will be charged at the full, non-discounted rate. No refunds will be issued once a service has been processed. 2. MedGalore Bank Payment Plan Clients using the MedGalore Bank Payment Plan can bank funds towards future services. Once enough funds have been saved, they may be used to pay for services in full. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their MedGalore Bank Payment Plan at any time, subject to a $150 administrative fee. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice – No cancellation fee; rescheduling allowed. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice – Subject to a $55 cancellation fee (or a forfeit of one session for package plans). No-Shows – No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice. 4. Non-Refundable Services Once a service has been provided, it is non-refundable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to: Medical weight loss treatments Hormone replacement therapy (HRT & TRT) Skincare treatments Aesthetic procedures IV hydration therapy Peptide therapy Consultations, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations Any other wellness, medical, or aesthetic services offered by MedGalore 5. Products & Retail Sales Prescription medications, compounded treatments, and injectables are non-refundable once dispensed or administered. Medical-grade skincare products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, only if unopened and in original packaging. 6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy By purchasing services or products from MedGalore Aesthetics & Wellness, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. MedGalore reserves the right to pursue legal action or report fraudulent chargebacks to collections as necessary. 7. CareCredit & Third-Party Payment Policies For purchases made through CareCredit, any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and are subject to the financing provider’s policies. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered under financing agreements. ​ We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies.
